RTO means Return to Origin. These are shipments which come back without getting delivered. Non-delivery could be because of many reasons, including customer address not found, customer refusing to accept the package, customer not found at the given address.

You can configure payment option by product on your panel. During product upload unclick ‘Enable COD’. This will ensure you do not get any COD orders for that product.
However, please note that COD increases overall business and is a desirable in eCommerce in India. Back to top

RMA is Return Merchandise Authorization. These are orders for which customer has requested for a return/replacement and the request has been approved by ShopClues.

ShopClues has a very robust Return Policy which is buyer as well as seller friendly. Please refer to the Return Policy for further details.

In case of SCVP merchants, products come back to ShopClues Fulfillment centre and are then forwarded to the seller.
In case of SCVB merchants products are returned directly to the seller.
It takes 2-3 weeks for the products to come back. This is because couriers make 3 attempts before sending the product back.
