CluesBucks (CB) are points that are credited to your ShopClues Account and are governed by the terms and conditions provided herein below. One CluesBucks is equivalent to Rs. 1. You can redeem these CB points on your next shopping on ShopClues or any other website/Application owned and operated by Clues Network Private Limited, its holding, affiliate(s) and Subsidiary(ies) Companies( hereinafter collectively referred to as “Platform”)

  • 1. How to Earn CluesBucks?
    • You may win CluesBucks as part of our Contests or Promotions running on the platform periodically
    • In case of Cancellation/Return of Prepaid Orders, the refund shall be issued to your original payment method. However, you have the option to get the refund amount into your ShopClues Account in the form of CluesBucks (in case of Return). Kindly note that such an option may only be exercised within 24 hours of initiating the request for the return of the Order
    • In case of Cash on Delivery Order returns, the customer have the option to choose the mode of refund (CB/NEFT). However, if the customer does not submit the Banking Details or provides incorrect details, the refund shall be refunded to your ShopClues Account in the form of CluesBucks.
    • In case of Return/Cancellation of Prepaid Orders made only using CluesBucks, the Refund will be credited to your ShopClues Account in the form of CluesBucks.
  • 2. How to Redeem CluesBucks? CluesBucks are redeemed to make a purchase or avail applicable facilities on the Platform You can also use CluesBucks to make partial payment of the total order value. While placing the order, you can redeem the amount of CluesBucks in your account on the Cart page.
  • 3. What is the Validity of CluesBucks?

    • In cases where you do not perform any financial transactions using your registered account on the Platform for a consecutive period of 1 (one) year, the CluesBucks in your account shall become dormant. However, the Customer shall have the option to reactivate such dormant CluesBucks by clicking here https://myaccount.shopclues.com/index.php?dispatch=orders.search
    • The CluesBucks+ can be earned in proportions specified in the Product Display Page (PDP) and can subsequently be redeemed in the proportions consistent with redemption details as outlined in the respective PDP.
    • In case of any assistance in regard to the above, you may connect on IVR/Chatbot Option, where every endeavour shall be made to redress your grievance.
    • Please note - Refund will be made in CluesBucks, when correct banking details are not provided to us at the time of filing Return Request (in case of COD Order)

  • 4. How to check CluesBucks Balance? CluesBucks section has a clear record of all your orders/ transaction history, where you may have used CluesBucks. Check your CluesBucks balance -(Sign in-> My CluesBucks)
  • 5. How to transfer refunded CluesBucks? Transfer the refunded CluesBucks into your bank account via NEFT (In case of COD order) or to its Original source (In case of Prepaid order), please follow the steps below:
    • Go to “My Orders”, click on “See more details” of the relevant order.
    • Next click on “Transfer CB to Bank” or “Transfer CB to source” to initiate transfer of refunded CB’s.
    • Select the bank into which you want to transfer the refunded CB’s or add bank details and click on “Confirm”

      • You will receive a notification regarding the refund on your registered e-mail Id and mobile once the refund is initiated from our end.
  • 6. Terms & Conditions
    • CluesBucks are not issued on promoted gold coins & bars and selected products
    • The usage of CluesBucks is subjected to all terms & conditions including policies of the respective Platform
    • TDS is applicable to customers whose earned CluesBucks exceed the limit of Rs.10,000.
    • The credit shall be subject to customer submitting requisite documents, as desired by the respective Platform.
    • Applicable only on selected products, CluesBucks can be availed at the time of order payment.
    • All decisions made by the respective Platform regarding the operation of CluesBucks shall be final and binding. No correspondence/grievances will be entertained in this connection. Any disputes arising out of this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of New Delhi (India).
    • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to any contest/campaign/promotion, etc., these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
    • The members accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments and modifications hereto.
