How much do you charge to sell with ShopClues?

At ShopClues.com, we believe that a healthy marketplace dynamics create win-win for all the stakeholders. Our pricing is one of the examples of that philosophy. You pay only when you sell and we currently do not charge for product listing and online storefront. Here are three components of our pricing for the merchants and we believe that due to power of combined scale, world-class skills, economy of scope we are able to significantly lower cost to sell online for each individual merchant:
1. Set-up fee
• Setting up your own store on ShopClues.com is FREE. There is NO set-up fee.

2. Listing fee
• We do not charge for the product listings or online storefront. But you if you want more visibility or run promotions, we offer several marketing programs or preferred placement opportunities for a fee.

3. Selling service fee
• A selling service fee is charged upon a successful execution of a transaction. You pay us a percentage fee on final sale value only when you sell. Please contact us on merchantsupport@shopclues.com for further details on our Final Value Fee structure.

We believe that performance based pricing structure for our services is the right thing to do for our merchant and that means, merchants only pay, when they sell.

How frequently will I get paid?

Payments are made every Fridays for all orders that been delivered and marked complete. If any particular order has not been paid in a particular cycle please check the status of the order. If it is in Shipped Status, then payment will be made once it is Delivered and marked complete.

How will the payment be made to me?

Payment will be made through NEFT. Please make sure you have entered all and correct banking information during store set up.

I have received an email confirmation from ShopClues that NEFT transfer has been done but payment is not reflecting in my account yet

Typically NEFT transfer happen within same day. However, in many cases it can take 2-3 days before it reflects in the recipients account. In some cases payment bounces because of some information issues. In such cases, our team will contact you immediately to get the correct details.

How can I know the details of my payment?

All payment details are given in the Net Payout Report under the Payments tab of StoreManager. You will get order wise details of all payments here.

Do I pay for shipping for the items that have been returned?

Please note that you will be responsible for forward and reverse shipping for all the items that are returned by customers because of – wrong size, wrong color, wrong description, wrong quantity, manufacturing defects, missing parts/accessories, and or materially different from product listing.

Who is responsible for the COD items that are coming back unclaimed from buyers?

Please note that you will be responsible for forward and reverse shipping for all the COD items that are not claimed by the buyers.

If I am paying for both forward and reverse shipping, why should I opt for CoD?

There are about 15 crore Internet users in India but only 2 to 3 crore of them way to make electronic payment for their online purchase.  Rest of the Internet users rely on Cash on Delivery (CoD) for their onine purchase.  As per our analysis you as  a seller can generate much more volume with CoD . We also believe that the higher volume can offset the cost you incur on some of the CoD items coming back.

Why the amount I receive is less than the revenue I generated at ShopClues last week?

The adjustments caused by returned items, cancelled orders or wrong orders etc. will be done twice a month and your weekly payments will be adjusted downward for those adjustments.
