Does ShopClues provide fulfillment or do I take care of fulfillment?
I am not able to fully understand the difference between SCVP, SCVB and MDF. What are my responsibilities, ShopClues responsibilities under each?

ShopClues provides complete fulfillment services called ShopClues Velocity. There are two level of services provided under ShopClues Velocity (SCV): ShopClues Velocity Premium (SCVP) and ShopClues Velocity Basic (SCVB). In a few cases only merchants are allowed to do take care of fulfillment, i.e., Merchant Direct Fulfillment (MDF).
ShopClues Velocity Premium SCVP). This fulfillment service is currently available in NCR and Mumbai, however, we are expanding SCVP in other major cities as well. Under SCVP, ShopClues will pick-up the items sold by you at your online store at ShopClues, bring to our fulfillment center, inspect, pack, and ship.
ShopClues Velocity Basic (SCVB). This fulfillment service is currently available in top 200 cities in India and we are in mid of expanding it to another 100. Under SCVB, you pack the items sold at ShopClues by you using ShopClues packing material, affix shipping label and hand it over to our courier partners. You will be responsible of checking each product before packing, match it against the order received (to make sure that you are putting right product in right box), putting shipping label and taping it properly.
Merchant Direct Fulfillment MDF). We typically do not allow merchant direct fulfillment to our merchants. We allow this only if the merchant has some amazing products to sell and our courier partners or we do not have network to pick those items from the merchant's location. In MDF, you will be responsible of handing end-to-end for inspection, packing, labeling, shipping and also updating AWB number at ShopClues Store Manager for customer to track the courier. Merchants who are being serviced under SCVP do not have to pack the products. Products will be picked by us in their original product packing.
Merchants under SCVB and MDF progammes will have to pack the products themselves. Please refer to the Packing Guide in ShopClues University section for help on best packing practices.

You are supposed to give the products on the same day as Milk Run Report. Please note that any delay in this will affect your customer rating as well as ShopClues Merchant rating.

SCVP is currently provided to all merchants in Delhi/NCR and Mumbai. SCVB is assigned in all other cities.
MDF is allowed only for merchants in specialized categories.
