Initially i got the faulted product. Which was not working but after contacting the merchant, He ass read more Initially i got the faulted product. Which was not working but after contacting the merchant, He assures to send me the new product and he will take back the faulty product from me, It took me around 1.5 months calls and emails.. But at the end i got a new TV tuner. Which is working fine since 6-8 months now... I am using it regularly for around 3-5 hours a day.. Its perfect.
